Privacy and Cookie Policy
1. Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
forktrucks.com Ltd ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information in compliance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR requirements.
2. Data Controller vs. Data Processor Roles

Data Controller Role: For member registration data (business contact details, account information), we determine the purposes and means of processing.
Data Processor/Hosting Role: For user-generated content (email-shots, equipment listings, communications content), we act as a hosting platform. Members determine what content to upload and send - we merely provide the technical infrastructure.
Data Processors: We may use third-party service providers (such as hosting companies or email services) who act as data processors on our behalf. These processors only process data according to our instructions.
For EU/EEA members, we may also have obligations under the GDPR. Our EU representative (if required) can be contacted at enq@forktrucks.com.
